Publisher Terms of Service

1. If you wish to publish/reprint any article from our site in your ezine, website, blog, forum, RSS feed, print publication or anywhere else you must:

i. Respect the copyrights of the authors by publishing the entire article as it is with no changes.



ii. Agree to include the FULL Resource box and/or SIGNATURE line at the end of the article.



iii. Agree not to change the title or content of the article in any way.



iv. Agree to make all links Active/Linkable with no syntax changes and linking to the same place they linked to originally.



v. Agree to include the article source credit below each article reprinted with the link active:

"Article Source: TripleXArticles.com"

vi. Agree to not put any of the articles found on this site to any web site that also contains warez, spyware, adware, illegal mp3 or other files, instructions on how to make bombs or steal, or expressions that promote hatred or profanity or racism or bigotry, or exploits children or animals or any human, or any other unlawful activities.



vi. Agree to never reprint any article from this site via any unsolicited email, spamming, or pop up ads.



vii. Agree to never sell any article from TripleXArticles.com directory.



viii. Agree to never charge others to view any article you reprint from this directory.



ix. Agree to not include the rel=nofollow tag in your HREF statements.



x. Agree to not use any content from our site in audio or video derivatives whatsoever.



xi. Agree to never translate any content from our site in any language. You may not create derivative works from any of our content.

2. Your use of anything connected to TripleXArticles.com, our newsletter, our RSS feed, our website or anything else is completely at your own risk.

3. While TripleXArticles does not generally own the copyright to the articles found within our site, we do have permission publish them.

4. No additional publishing permission is required by you from the author of any article within our directory as long as you agree to the terms listed above in section 1.i thru 1.xii.

5. It is common courtesy to let an author know when you reprint their article, but at this time we do not provide author's email address beyond what they may include in an article (please look on their website link if no email address is provided in the article.)

6. If you violate any of the above terms of service and/or any author copyright when reprinting articles from our site, you agree to be held liable for all attorney fees and statutory damages awarded upon a copyright infringement lawsuit that may be brought against you. Please read Section 504(c)(2) (http://www.copyright.gov/title17/92chap5.html#504). You agree that any legal proceedings against you will occur in the United States in the state of California.

7. You acknowledge that TripleXArticles.com has the sole right to revoke all reprint and republish rights at any given time for any reason provided you are given 48 hours written notice via email or via fax or via telephone or via postal mail or posted on the site. If you are unreachable, you also agree that we may contact your web hosting provider to reach you and serve this notice. Upon receiving notice, you will have 24 hours to immediately remove all articles received from TripleXArticles.com and must provide us with a written reply indicating that you have complied with our request in order to mitigate further action against you and your business to enforce this covenant.

General Issues

TripleXArticles.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior warning or any notice of the change.

Author Terms of Service

1. You agree that you are the original author of each article you submit. If you have hired a ghost writer, you agree that you have exclusive rights to each article you submit.

2. There are no guarantees that your articles will be accepted for publication in our directory. It is at our sole discretion whether or not to include your articles. If published, we reserve the right to remove any articles at any time.

3. We reserve the right to choose a more suitable category for your articles if we find them to be classified incorrectly.

4. By submitting your articles to TripleXArticles.com, you agree to allow us to:

Publish your article on TripleXArticles.com and any of its article directory partners.

Publish your article in RSS format for other websites to syndicate.

Publish your article in our real time, daily, or weekly newsletters.

5. You agree that TripleXArticles.com is a free service for authors and publishers. You will not be paid for submitting your articles to our sites.

6. You agree to not include any affiliate links in the body of your article. If you are trying to promote an affiliate program, please set up your own domain and link to it in your resource box.

7. TripleXArticles.com may at any time translate your article into various languages for our sister sites. Your article will remain complete with your resource box.

8. We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. We will generally notify the community of changes via email however TripleXArticles.com is under no obligation to notify anyone of any changes.

9. We reserve the right to include advertising on pages with your articles. No portion of advertising revenue will be shared with authors under any circumstances.
